Returns

We want you to feel confident when purchasing Back-A-Rest™.

Because Back-A-Rest™ is a personal-use product intended for direct body contact, only unopened products in their original sealed packaging are eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unopened.
• It must remain in its original sealed packaging.
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Opened or used products.
• Products that are no longer in their original condition or packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at venturemerch@back-a-rest.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

If your return is eligible, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
