How to Use

  1. Place Back-A-Rest™ on a bed, couch, or flat soft surface. Place the flat bottom down and the contoured side up toward your back, perpendicular to your spine.
  2. Lie on your back and bend your knees. Use your feet and legs to gently lift your pelvis and slide Back-A-Rest underneath your lower back.
  3. Fine-tune the position. Most people place it directly under the small of their back -- that's a great starting point. But try sliding it 1-2 inches lower towards your tailbone to increase the decompressive stretch and spinal leverage. Don't be afraid to experiment.
