Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase -- but due to the personal-use nature of Back-A-Rest, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

We accept returns if:

• The product is unopened and still in its original, sealed packaging
• The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is provided

We cannot accept returns of used products.

Back-A-Rest is designed for direct body contact and use in bed and on a couch and cannot be resold once opened.

Return Instructions

To request a return:

1. Email us at venturemerch@back-a-rest.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 5-7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
